You’re then free to ask questions and choose the plan you want. From there, we help you enroll with our convenient, secure online system right from our iPad, or with a paper application. Either way, it’s simple, convenient and secure. Q. Do I have a choice about the method I can use to enroll? A. Yes, you have options!

We don’t anticipate this happening as we’re trained and committed to doing a thorough job of explaining your options, but we understand that sometimes people change their minds. If this happens, there are provisions in place for making changes at very specific times of the plan year under certain qualifying circumstances. You'll need to contact your agent who can advise you on whether you qualify to select a new plan and when you may be eligible to make changes. GENERAL FAQs Q.
